Nothing beats cold juices on a hot day!
I dropped by this afternoon and bought a small jar of coconut almond juice, or a blend of almond, cracked young coconut water, dates, and alkaline water, and it was not only tasty, but also extremely refreshing.
Priced at $6, I wouldn't make a habit of it, but it is something that is good on occasion! -

The juice here is great, but I would advise you to practice some caution while purchasing plants. I am an experienced plant owner who has purchased two plants here, one which quickly died the other that was grossly over-fertilized and was suffering from root rot. I found it in poor taste that the staff insulted the prices of other reputable Toronto plant shops while I made my purchase only to come home and discover the poor health of the plant sold to me.
Experienced plant owners should be able to diagnose and fix issues with plants like this quickly, but I would advise any plant beginners to source their plants else-where. -

This lovely shop in Kensington has a variety of things. Their cold press juices are delicious but my favorite drink is their pistachio milk with saffron. Very refreshing on a hot summer day! Stop by to check out their small plants (they have so many varieties) and grab a drink (ranging from $7-14) on the way out! The staff are friendly and the service is quick. I love how their produce is organic as well.

Tasty smoothies/juices, snacks, plants, friendly service, some places to sit.

The intriguing jungle look was why I stopped by during a jaunt around Kensington. It's both plant shop and juice bar. I'm giving it a low review for the lanky blonde behind the counter who directed weird side-eye and grimaces from the moment I entered. I was interested in a plant on display that had no price tag. I considered asking, however the ambient created by this catty employee during the time I spent browsing yielded enough aversion to prompt a cautionary review for others.
Despite its cool theme and concept the owner must be nuts to think buyers are going to leave with a positive shopping experience when that hazard's representing the business.
